A NEW NUMBER ONE
The month of April saw a change at the top of the charts as Rema's Calm Down took the top spot from Joeboy and his hit song Alcohol. Calm Down is not the only song by Rema to make the top 10. Bounce, also featured on Rema's new album Rave and Roses, makes an appearance in the top 10 at number nine.. Multiple other songs from the album have also made the top 100.
JOEBOY STILL GOING STRONG
Even though he is not in the top spot April was still a good month for Joeboy as he maintained his perennial presence in the top 10. Artists such as Guchi and Caroline Akinyi also maintained their presence in the top 10 and it seems that they will be able to maintain their positions
THE BEST OF THE REST
Other notable artists who are not in the top 10 list in April include Mac Voice, whose smash hit Tamu fell out of the list after spending an extended period of time in such lofty heights. The top 100 includes artists such as Black Sherif, Ada Ehi, Mercy Chinwo, Ali Kiba and more who are sure to feature in the top 10 as time progresses.
