It’s royalty payout season, and we’re excited to help you claim the earnings from your music on Mdundo.
Minimum Payout Threshold Before requesting your payout, ensure you’ve reached the minimum balance:
Mobile Money: USD 50 ( KES 6,720.5 equivalent)
Bank Transfer: USD 100 (KES 13,441 equivalent)

How to Request Your Payout Submit your payout request before 20th July 2026 to avoid processing delays.
Step 1: Log in to Your Artist Account
Visit Mdundo.com.
Click Log In and enter your email address and password.
Step 2: Check Your Earnings
Go to the Stats section of your dashboard.
Review your total earnings and see how much each of your songs has generated.
Want to grow your downloads? You can now boost your songs directly from your Mdundo for Artist Profile by purchasing 100 or 1000 downloads or simply use your Royalty Balance to pay Step 3: Confirm You Meet the Minimum Payout
Make sure your balance is at least:
USD 50 (***KES equivalent) for Mobile Money, or
USD 100 (***KES equivalent) for Bank Transfer.
Step 4: Submit Your Payout Request
Open the Payout section in your artist account.
Enter your payment details, including your preferred payout method and payment number.
Double-check that all information is correct before submitting your request.
Step 5: Verification and Payment
Submit your payout request.
Our team will verify your details.
Once approved, your payment will be processed and sent within 30 days.
