Mdundo Artist Promo: The SoundCheck Package

“Before the spotlight, test the mic.” Soundcheck is a free entry-level support option for independent artists who want to experience Mdundo’s promotional ecosystem. It offers a chance to introduce your music to new audiences, without spending a dime. It's not forever, but it’s where real growth begins. Package Includes:

• 1x Editorial Playlist Submission Review (monthly queue-based; no guaranteed placement)

• Access to Mdundo for Artists Blog: Educational tips on music growth & strategy

• Eligible for Community DJ Mix consideration (low-tier or regional rotation, if space allows)

Eligibility Rules:

• Must be a first-time Mdundo artist or artist profile with less than 1,000 downloads.

• Must have at least 3 eligible songs

• It has been released on Mdundo for at least 30days and has at least 100 downloads.

• Each artist can only access Soundcheck once every 6 months.

• Playlist submission is considered, not guaranteed. Editorial placements are based on quality, genre fit, and availability.

Note

• Soundcheck is a test drive, not a substitute for paid marketing campaigns. For guaranteed placements, paid packages are required.

• Creating multiple profiles to access Soundcheck more than once will lead to a ban from the promo ecosystem.
