Hello everyone! For a long time now, I have felt that life is going too fast, and I just don’t have time to consciously experience my emotions. The constant hustle and bustle, tasks, work — all this is tiring and sometimes leads to anxiety and irritation. Has anyone encountered this? Maybe there are some simple ways to learn to better understand your feelings and be less nervous? I would like to learn to manage my state, and not be a hostage to stress.
